Further news

My Dad spoke to my GP, and he said that as far as he knows my report is pretty good. However, it's important to remember, that the scans are not foolproof, and that this is not an all clear. There are probably 300 more tests I have to do.

However, I still maintain that not having 87 million tumours show up on a CT scan is a good thing.

Also, my body looks weird in the films! My left brain is noticeably bigger than my right brain. Cool.

That's why you're so smart! You have two brains!

It is a good thing that there are no easily spotted anythings in there. That means that (hopefully) what ever is the primary isn't too far progressed.

Greetings Kayt, I've only just caught up with all of this, and I'm muchos relieved to hear the positive side coming out. Amazing how a coupla days can change your life...you're one of the strongest people I know, so have faith in yourself and you'll be fine. *squeezes between the masses to add another belated feathery hug* Let us know if there's anything we can do...we all love ya, matey!!

Cheerio,
FtS :)

P.S. Have you ever heard of the movie "The Brain"? Coz there's this character whose brain is too heavy for his neck, so when he gets stressed, his head flops to the side...I'm just imagining that happening with your own brain, if one side's bigger...heeheehee...

I hate CT's and stuff - I have them a few times a year all my life, although I no longer press the emergency button or start screaming to get out of there, although I occasionally still seizure in them so get to have sedatives which is nice. You are so brave, I love you.

Yay Kayt! I'm so glad things are going well...and to hear that the left side of your brain is bigger than your right. Now I am tempted to know which side of my brain is bigger.

You're so brave. Keep your spirits up. We're rooting for you :)

Yay! That's good to hear *grugs*!

Left side bigger? That means something, I'm sure...like you process tasks logically or something.

Good luck with all your other tests and keep us updated!
Luv, Min
