I'm supposed to be doing some tutorial readings right now, but the subject is so damn riveting, I feel guilty about all the enjoyment I'm getting out of it. I figured, in recognition of how boring other people's coursework is, I should take a break from the jolly fascinating subtleties of urban planning and come here, at great personal sacrifice to go through the rigourous and incredibly dull process of updating my journal. Oh the agony!

Kayt's Lecturer: You patronise me! You don't find the subject interesting at all.
Kayt: No. And go change your shirt, you boring fellow!

Life at life_or_freedom has been mindbogglingly busy. It's been post post post from all concerned. It might be the LorF summits, or it might be the fact we all want something other than our studying to do. But I think I'll pick someone at random and blame emerald85

Emerald: Dude. That's not cool!
Kayt: You shoulda thought of that before you made us all LorF addicted!
Emerald: What are you talking about?
Kayt: I really have no idea.

I've been inspired by LorF anyway. I've got a fairly good idea where it's going next. Oh, and good news for all you Andy-loving fangirls...

Buneater: Ooh!

I've figured out how I can give you Kate/Andy without resorting to corniness.

Buneater: Huzzah! *faints with joy*

I said I've figured out HOW it can be done. I didn't say I was definitely going to do it. I just haven't ruled it out.

I'm also working on a new play, so that I can win $2000. For this, you can blame katiefoolery and bathmat. I assure you, it is most definitely and undeniably their fault. Honest.

All: Yeah... whatever.

Anyway, I am determined that I shall win that $2000. You just see if I don't.

All: *watch patiently*

Bite Me!

And The Boss has got me entering a few other competitions. Won't that be fun? The best bit about these two is that I won't have to write anything new (that was the basis of their appeal). We'll see how they go then, I guess.

Speaking of work, the co-worker from hell!!! I won't go into the details of his insane, power-tripping, incompetent, counter-productive, downright RUDE behaviour, but rest assured he continued with it yesterday. So, after the debrief meeting, I stayed behind and told the The Boss that I needed to rant. And he knew instantly what the problem was. Evidently I am not just a psycho bitch...

All: Well... let's not jump to conclusions...

...and he really is a problem. So, all going well, that will be dealt with and my nerves will recover from two sessions of working in his mind-bogglingly counterproductive company.

Well, I have class in 10 minutes, so I had best close by saying that $2000 would be jolly nice and that Thursday Night, 8pm will see the opening night of The Scent of Lilac, Darling.

Oh! Damn! Miska wanted to know other dates. I'll leave them in a comment when I get home, okay my Muffinpops?

Buneater: Hehe... muffinpops!

So, as the time ploughs steadily closer towards classtime, I, The Kaytinator, shall leave you, with a sentence, one filled with largely superfluous commas, and the following words of wisdom, as taken from a wise, and somewhat misquoted Bathmat:

Mr. Ymene Transcends Clothes.

That is all.

Ye Olde Kayt (who be not Olde): Stop that! I'm hard at work on my play, I tell you, even though I had to drag myself away from Roman Urban Planning! Drag, I tell you!

Kayt's Lecturer of the Predictable Shirt: *disbelieves*

I meant to say in an email which I completely forgot to send you that I hope you will send me more updates of the play as it goes along.

*prods some more*

Buneater: Everyone prod! I'm not sure I'm doing it the right way.

Everyone: *prods en masse*

Ohh, by the way, that emerald in your entry isn't me, you forgot the all important "85". I clicked on it and thought "Someones changed my LJ" then common sense dawned on me and i realised that it wasn't mine... :S

i was just off dressing myself up to go out tonight and i remembered i completely forgot to comment about kate/andy!!!

I said I've figured out HOW it can be done. I didn't say I was definitely going to do it. I just haven't ruled it out.

You can't tease us with something like that and then not do it! Us kate/andy shippers would not be happy! But Huzzuh! for you working it out! ;)

What I understood from that is that you want me to sned you more of the play as it comes along. Will do.

And my lecturer was wearing that shirt again. *sigh*

I got bored with the icon! Keep forgetting I can change it! Curse this 3 icon thing.

Buneater: Get a paid account...

Kayt: Nice try. No.

Anyway, the performances of The Scent Of Lilac, Darling are as follows: August 4th and 5th at 8pm, 6th at 2pm, 10th, 11th and 12th at 8pm.

I doubt anyone can come, (except maybe Flit... *looks sternly at Flit*), but if you can... well, there you are.
